You are misunderstanding.   Spots do not go from skimmer.  They come from
Skimmer.
No controversy here.  Skimmer feeds spots to the application -- your cluster
feeds spots.
they all go to the local station.  NO Skimmer on the net.. that was the
whole idea.
Spots are NOT circulated among the various clusters connected.

K1TTT brought up the issue of when the end station does a DX spot,people
would not like
multiple spots flooding the network... I fixed that... only 1 cluster can
get spots now.
