I might be misunderstanding but as a cluster sysop I do not want
skimmer spots flooding into the cluster network. I am not sure other
sysops would want it either.

If I understand how some MMs will be using skimmer, they will likely
have a SDR connected to a vertical and have a computer switch bands
every 10-15 minutes to load up 48-192 Khz of "spots" and send them to
the stations on their lan. If you are proposing that these also go to
a cluster, that means we will see 400 spots every 10-15 minutes per
skimmer operation coming into (even one) cluster. This is pretty
horrendous in my opinion.

Am I misunderstanding your software? If you just have "local" telnet
connections receiving the combined spots then I am fine but if they go
to a cluster I definitely am not sure its good.
