Wolf, the launch angle field strength immediately above the horizon is going to be determined primarily by the near and medium-distance ground conductivity. Notwithstanding gain, nulls, etc between the two arrays, I would be surprised if the elevation profile between 0 and 10 degrees would change much unless there's a change in ground conductivity in the different directions of the arrays.
