Hi Jim

I have six LG 4K and 8K TVs here - no RFI. Maybe the Yamaha issue is the
problem - I don't know...

Subject: [RFI] RFI on New Digital TV

Have any of you recently switched from an analog TV to a new digital
model? If so, have you experienced any new problems with RFI? My
not-so-old 65" Sony LED TV power supply failed, so I got a nice 65" LG
digital model, which required changing the main receiver with a new
Yamaha digital model. Previously I had no RFI in the TV, but with the
new arrangement it's a nightmare. I have tried using ferrite everywhere
on both units with no results. Without getting into the usual
approaches on how to stop the RFI, I simply wonder if this is a problem
with newer DIGITAL models? I sure wish I had an analog TV again! 73,
Jim W6YA
