Thanks Dave. Yes indeed, AND, like all passive networks, reciprocity
tells us that the Pin One Problem works in both directions, but with
different response depending on driving and terminating impedances. So
the same techniques -- proper bonding and grounding and suitably wound
ferrite chokes help at HF, and single turn (just the clamp-on) at VHF
and low UHF.
