[Skimmertalk] Phantom decoders on 15m.

I have my test setup ready now, so that I can compare any two antennas
or any two Skimsrv SDRs in real time.  In the process, I've found
something that puzzles me.  My RP-16 consistently shows 10-20 decoders
active on 15 meters on Skimsrv, while my QS1R, fed from the same antenna
and preamp, shows zero.  Needless to say, I can't hear any CW signals on
that band.  Previously I've noticed that nearby thunderstorm activity
can generate phantom decoders in 160-40, but this happens whatever the
weather.

Has anyone else noticed this?  Since only the Red Pitaya displays these
decoders, I'm wondering if it might be something inherent in that
receiver or the firmware.
