Am I to understand that the Flex 1500 does not have an open collector keying line for keying external devices? Wow, big shortcoming on design in my opinion. Guess I need to research in more detail what it does and does not do.

I purchased the new amp and tried it out for a day.
I had problems keying it with the Flex 1500.
The Flex 1500 does not make it easy to key an amp, probably to keep from impacting the model 3000/5000 100 watts models. I returned the amp for refund and will use the funds for a future purchase from Ten Tec.

The amp worked well and as far as I am concerned is worth the money and is well engineered. I do believe there is a market for it but we will see.
