Well I downloaded it off the web a few times and apparently got a copy
that
works ok now. I wonder if TT puts some sort of checksum or other
integrity
check on the file? If you are getting some weird behavior you might try
another download off the web until something changes.

won't work. Said file might have been corrupted and to download it

Well not having a lot of luck here. Somehow crashed the O2 first time
trying with an old serial card in the PC, and it was very slow. Got a
USB
to serial converter and it flashed in about 5 mins this time but nothing
in
the radio works, no knob, no buttons, and the display reads all zeros
frequency. Am trying the flash again. Stay tuned. So far I am
underwhelmed.

Same here, but doesn't seem to have detrimental effects other than you
have to twist up the AF encoder...
