Thanks, guys.....the caps have been replaced after a failure a few months
back. I'm pretty sure the problem has to be with the display itself. I
just got word from TT that the display is available at a reasonable price,
so I'll get one in the near future unless something else crops up.

There's a very good likelihood that it isn't the display but the
electrolytic caps on the little voltage regulator board. If you don't
like the idea of changing the caps, T-T has the populated boards for not
much more than $40.
