I'll keep my OLD National NC-183 with it's PP 6V6's and a big output
transformer. It even sounds good with AM music.

mechanical
filter. Comparing the ICOM, Kenwood, Yaesu and Orion, it makes them all
sound bad. Great audio comes from tubes. As to IM from BC stations,

isn't any.
