asking questions now.... first do you have Comport 10 setup in
Virtual ports
in MicroHam device router ? In writelog ( My version also 12.35c )
do you have in Ports setup CW Com 10 checked with no rig ?
K1EL checked under Keyer Types ? This works fine for CW on my
rig FT1000 Mark5.

Have Comm10 identified and working for CW K1EL Keyer in uRouter. I was
able to send CW from uRouter.
In Writelog 12.35c, I selected PORTS and set Comm10 for CW and then
identify K1EL Winkey as the CW Keying Interface. When I tap APPLY and
then OK I am getting a "Can't open port for Winkey" error. This
implies that something else is using Comm10, but I am not aware of
anything that is using Comm10. So I shutdown to power off with the
computer thinking that this would release Comm10--no luck!
BTW this configuration with Comm10, uRouter and Writelog v11.29 worked.
Any help here?
