You need to go into Writelog set for Ports
and TURN IT OFF on the FSK keying port.
MMTTY does this directly and Writelog's setting
interferes. If you are using MMTTY and are
doing RTTY only, this is great. Where it
becomes a problem is if you want to do PSK31
or PSK63 in addition to RTTY. THen you have
to unload MMTTY and choose Writelog's PSK program.
I am hoping this gets resolved to our benefit
soon. I have access to the source code for PSKCORE.dll
but of course, no such access to MMTTY.exe. A way
that this could be accomplished would be to use
Winwarbler as the interface to both MMTTY and
PSKCORE since it talks to both. Dave Bernstein
(http://www.qsl.net/dxlab ) would accomodate
us in short order if I knew how to get Winwarbler
to talk to Writelog.

I'm running the latest release of WriteLog and have
also
downloaded the recommended MMTTY engine for use with
it.
Unfortunately, MMTTY fails to access the serial port
when run from WriteLog. I can exit WriteLog and MMTTY
operates perfectly in stand-alone fasion. I thought I
had the port(s) set up correctly in WriteLog, but for
whatever reason, I'm unable to do anything with MTTY
from there. Can someone please point me in the correct
direction, and maybe show me the err of my ways?
Thanks
in advance....

73,

Gary, W7NTF
