I had the same problem with Netcom but not with NetZero. Try the IP address of
http://63.97.145.95/ which got me there and worked with Netcom. Evidently there
was a problem with propagation of the DNS address. Some servers got it and some
didn't. If the IP address works let your ISP know about the DNS problem
