That definitely must have been a temporary glitch because I just got in
again at 10:45 am CST 12/8/00. If you are trying to look at the ADIF
specs, more specifically, they are at:
http://www.hosenose.com/adif/adif.html
That site has all of the country codes and ADIF "rules," however based on
the not previously thought of solutions provided by Whitey K1VV, you may
