Those are the same frequencies used here in VA and were also used during the 
contest.

Here in the Southeastern United States, on the bands 2M and higher, we use .174 
MHz, for FT8. That is 144.174, 222.174... There is some Q65 activity. Mostly 
Q65-15A, on .170 MHz. There is activity on 2M, FT8, every Monday evening. 
People start getting on, around 8 pm. Sometimes there is activity as late as 10 
pm.
