As you're probably aware, Americans assume American law is law
everywhere. Our 47 CFR 97.305 does limit non-CW emission types to
144.1 - 148 MHz ... but that only applies to FCC-licensed amateurs.
I am curious why there needs to be Yet Another spot for a certain mode
- won't FT8 pretty quickly replace JT65? Why not just meet there?
Not that there's a shortage of space on 2m, but ...
