Yes, you will need to get a separate certification for
each grid and be careful to use the proper certificate
when uploading logs. LoTW only "knows" your location
information by the certificate you use to 'sign' the
log submission - there is no way to change that data
from log to log.
The LoTW 'TrustedQSL' (TQSL) program makes it very
easy to handle the certificates as you can
descriptively name each one (W9FZ/EN45, W9FZ/EN44,
ect). I'm currently handling 5 individual
certificates, including one specifically for my EN55
operations from my Mothers house :)
It's pretty easy and will be appreciated when (if ?)
LoTW gets around to incorporating VUCC.
