Remember if you get the Pyro Joe amp that it only needs a milliwatt or so of
drive, so you can get the DEMI transverter as the "low power" version and
save some $$. Of course that means you would have to use it all the time
with the amp, but that was probably the intent. Also remember the Toshiba
amp runs on 12 volts and is class A so it draws 20 amps continuously when
the PTT line is keyed, so your distribution system need to keep that in
mind.. And the Toshiba amp needs a really good heatsink (seeing that it is
dissipating a couple hundred watts of heat!!!) Other than that, the amp is
totally bulletproof! and a bargain...
