This is where Tree's desire to allow the sponsor to
"eyeball" the logs. A real human can examine the
evidence and apply appropriate judgement. What we are
missing now is the enforcement of same, where it is
obvious that the participant isn't playing nice.
Where is that Wouff Hong, anyway? Does Riley still
have it? :)
