I'm not planning on making the VHF operation on FD anything major. My
idea is more along the line Duane mentioned - to introduce some more
people to VHF+. There are an awful lot of people out there who think
there isn't anything more to VHF than FM and repeaters.
I did a presentation at our local club on the microwave bands recently.
Maybe I can inspire some new blood into the VHF spectrum.
