A point of clarification: the Kenwood 700 is fully functional on all 1 mhz
segments from 144-148. The problem to be validated is that of the Kenwood dial
reading 30 kc higher than it is transmitting on when on the 144-145 mhz segment
only. It is on frequency on all ather areas.
