I don't believe that it would take away the desire to get on higher bands so
as to acquire those multipliers, but it would sure make you think about how
you did your contesting when all of the QSO points are the same.

Wouldn't this take away the incentive to migrate to the higher bands.
The extra points are what it's all about.
