If it was me, I would put in a screw in earth anchor
and connect a "guy wire" to the top of the pipe.
Could be at a steep angle.
Without knowing your situation, I can't tell if this
is feasible.  However, this allows you to use just
a 2" water pipe since there is no force bending it
PLUS you can skimp on the concrete since there is
no overturning force on it.
