No kidding, We rigged a tower with two guys terminating at the eye of a
screw in anchor, and were stupid enough to have the turnbuckles side by
side. When they got some tension on them, you couldn't turn them,
because the bodies hit each other. That was tedious.
You could probably improvise some sort of spacer. Maybe a short length
of pipe or square tubing crossways between the cables to the bottom end
of the turnbuckles. Or mount the turnbuckles far enough from the common
anchor that they don't hit each other.
But a piece of plate with 3 holes in it is pretty easy and effective.
