It could be as simple as a wiring issue.

Hi Nick - it's a north-centered rotor and box. I'm wondering if the rotor
is just *set* to north, but is setting on the tower with "north" to the
"south", with the antennas themselves pointing north. In other words, in
need of a physical rotation. Haha.
