Rob,
So were on the same page. As it sit NOW and you go to the limit ( where the
antenna points NORTH )
A: what dose you rotor box meter say ?
B: if you turn it south ( counter clock wise ) will it rotate past south or
continue till the antenna stops pointed north again IOE 360 deg ?

Subject: [TowerTalk] Rotator won't turn east
Hi all -
Question that's hopefully got a simple answer. I have a bell rotor that was
recently overhauled. I hooked it up to my controller before installing it
on the tower and verified that everything worked properly.
I set the rotor to north before putting it up, and oriented my beam that
direction. When I try to rotate it, the rotator will only turn to the South
counter-clockwise. If I try to go South clockwise (i.e., turn it to the
east) it will stop at North. I've verified that the coax isn't hung up on
anything and that there's no obstructions.
Any ideas? I wondered if perhaps the rotator is mounted 180 from where it
needs to be and I just need to go spin it around or something.
Thanks,
