To help break loose the setscrew, put in an allen wrench and smack with it a hammer to break it loose. You likely can't do it well with an angled wrench, so cut the end off so you can tap it hard. Hopefully that will loosen the threads. PB blaster soaked a few days will help too as just a few minutes may not be enough. If you have to try to drill It out, get a left turning drill, it just may come out with the drill.
