The capacitance per ft and simple arithmetic will get you a DC
capacitance value that is reliable but add in frequency of the applied
voltage and inductance rears its head. As per others, you get a stub,
not an idealized capacitor.

Hi All
This might seem like a silly question, but is it possible to make a
150pf
capacitor out of RG-58? Thanks and I need one for an EFHW I am
building.
Sure.. 25 pF/ft, so 6 ft.
