I just finished assembling my M2 40M4LLDD 40 meter Yagi. The element supports use Phillystran HPTG-1200.. I've heard that the inner fiber core of Phillystran is highly affected by water intrusion, but the manual makes no mention of sealing or capping the ends of the Phillystran. Do I need to seal or cap the ends to protect against water intrusion? If so, what is the preferred way to do this? Thank you, J D Lambright - KF5U _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
