[TowerTalk] HDX-555 Dimensions Needed

I need to make up a mounting plate for an HDX-555 already installed at a
station in the Caribbean.  Does someone have the diameter of the legs in
the top section as well as the spacing of the legs?  I found one
reference that says 15" for the top section, but don't know whether
that's center-to-center or the inside spacing between the legs.
