Good point Ian.
I used a 3/4" box end wrench to hold the shaft in place and tapped the clutches
with a hammer. This freed them up and I was able to get the job done.
This may be off base, but in the future I suspect that removing tension on the
cable if the system will be idle could be a good thing.
