the inductance (coil) you will need based on your choice of location and
then to design the coil you can build.

your own coil - build it
Suggestions of a fan dipole will be easier and faster to erect and have
increased bandwidth vs a loaded dipole as stated but if you want to play
with loaded dipoles, these websites will allow you to build what you asked
for.
