The direct answer to your question is to use these two websites to calculate 
the inductance (coil) you will need based on your choice of location and 
then to design the coil you can build.

http://ecosse.org/jack/radio/software/newcoil3.html  Coil Designer - design 
your own coil - build it

Suggestions of a fan dipole will be easier and faster to erect and have 
increased bandwidth vs a loaded dipole as stated but if you want to play 
with loaded dipoles, these websites will allow you to build what you asked 
for.
