Oops, I may have had too narrow a vison field on this statement. I do need to 
actually eyeball some of the towers I have on the ground to confirm my oops. I 
have rohn, heights, and universal towers on the ground. I'm 99% sure the 
universal does the upside down design, rohn does it right, not sure of heigths 
right now.
