Here are some good graphics sites that show declinations for most
anywhere...
In your case, at Aruba, True North is 9-10 degrees counterclockwise on the
compass rose from magnetic north (where the needle points) Said another
way, True North is to the left of Magnetic North from your location by about
10 degrees.
Using your description, below, you WOULD be off by ~20 degrees
