Hi John

The magnetic variation of Reina Beatrix International Airport in Aruba
is 9 degrees West. This means that magnetic north is 9 degrees West of
true North. So true North will be at bearing 009 on your compass.
Correspondingly, Magnetic North is at true bearing 351. Your plan of
setting the rotator to 350 degrees and then aligning your antenna to the
compass North will work fine. Remember to take your compass bearing away
from the tower, to avoid errors introduced by ferrous materials in the
tower.
