One way is to assemble the base and the first section. After the hole is dug,
place the base and first section in the hole and brace this assembly with
lumber after making sure the assembly is straight. Pour the concrete and let
dry. Remove the bracing, and assemble the rest of the tower.

  Subject: [TowerTalk] Tower Question

  Hi all
I have 4 towers that I will soon be installing. Two of the towers have a
base type mounting system, which is no problem. The other two are the
  subject of this post.

Each tower has a base, some 5 feet long, which needs to be "planted"
into a concrete block. So far so good. But, what is the best way to make
sure that each post is 90 Degrees ?

Rope it with guys till the concrete cures ?

  Any suggestions gratefully received !

  Cheers

  Adrian MW1LCR
