Hi Roger - unfortunately, we have no way of telling, because too many factors influence SNR at each individual node.  If you noted that the same RBN nodes were giving lower SNR reports than they had on previous occasions, then I'd guess propagation must have been poor.

Given that they show S/N (rather than absolute signal strengths), is that
because 160m Propagation was poor . . . or because you had high noise levels
(QRN) over there?
