You're selectively quoting Jim; the question was "what's the
difference between ATNO and "New One""
I replied "I've always taken it to mean ATNO=Never worked that DXCC
entity in any way whatsoever".
You can work a new one on 160M but if you already had it confirmed,
it's not an ATNO.
I don't see "new one" being defined like an ATNO but someone else
will define it as how they think it.
