There is a test used when installing this cable commercially called
"PowerSum NEXT". If you look that up you should be able to get an idea
of the coupling between pairs. If I remember correctly it's around -45dB
or so between near-end pairs, but it's been a looong time since I dealt
with that (our company only does fiber now, which has essentially zero
coupling between adjacent optical strands so crosstalk isn't an issue).
If you can find outdoor-rated Cat6 cable it will have better isolation
between pairs due to the internal separator within the cable.
