Because you measured in the shack. The length of line between the 
shack and the load is an impedance transformer. Study the material 
in the ARRL Antenna Book on Smith charts. If you know the complex 
impedance (R +jX) in the shack and the electrical length of the 
line, you can use the Smith chart to compute the impedance at the 
antenna. There's also a neat calculator program that comes with the 
Antenna Book that does that calc for you.
