I contribute "Big Guns" with big signals mostly superb stations with big
antennas. I do believe many top contest stations in the US exceed the maximum
power rule by some small margin.
However, on the other hand it is usually that "new one" that brings out those
at near the top of the DXCC list that can and will turn up the heat.
(Excessive compulsive disorder related to ego enhancement)
Yes, We really do know who they are. Personally I don't care as long as they
are in and out any time except a contest weekend!
