Topband: PA0HIP/DU7

Willem, PA0HIP, is now QRV in DU7 for a long stay (9 months each 
year). He's called me twice now on 80M around 1530-1630Z (my sunrise 
is about 1500Z). He runs 100w with an IC746 into a 160M dipole. He 
has lots of QRN, and is working on improving his RX. He's already 
worked KH6 on 160.
