Yes, it should be YAESU?s problem . If the problem has been around for 16 years and they refuse to acknowledge or fix the problem, it means that they are giving customer service/satisfaction nothing more than lip service. Customer service/satisfaction is easy to say, but is usually executed poorly by many companies. Gary ?
