Okay Question if buy a brand new Ft1000mp mark v field will have to make
mods to it to get it work right as I need it to. Clicks other mods filters
why buy few thousand dollar radio and have reengineer it right away.

With the help of John VE3EJ, my 1000MP now has
the Inrad ( W2VJN ) mod completed.
Hopefully my signal is now much much better.
Aslo did the AGC mod and installed the Roofing filter.
An amazing transformation of the receiver.
200 % better IMHO....
