Hi People, In my humble opinion,unless fcc with input from arrl doesn't come
out and make a hard and fast rule defining the "DX WINDOW" what ever that may
be we are constantly going to be at odds where the heck it is...or where it
should be.every contest its the same ole griping..I'm all for CW 1830, and
below.and SSB can have the rest,I'm sure I'll be told that some country can't
do this or that,but this has been going on all to long...BTW the SP test is
really great fun if I was a good CW op. I'd think its great, HNY to all John
