Looking at the propagation path via the W6EL propagation program, from the continental U.S. to JT1 is definitely a polar path through the aurora oval, so it will be a tougher propagation path for many of us. We are moving into the quieter part of the 27 day solar rotation, as Bob NM7M mentioned, so hopefully the propagation path will be easier then normal and far easier then the many weeks now behind us. 73, Thomas Giella, KN4LF |
