Friends in Radio Land -

The Kp data for the first half of November is in hand and there is a good
chance that magnetic activity will be very low around Nov. 28-30.  Take a
look and see if that's right.

Early December could be "ugly", like early November.  More about later in
December next time but activity will not be low until at least December
9-11.  More later,
