In my bleary eyed and numb brained initial reporting of
my ARRL 160 outing at N7GP in AZ, I said I thought the Qs
with W6 were down this year. After a couple of days of
recovery and a thorough investigation I must apologize to
my California friends.
They came through in fine shape. A total of 117 contacts
were with the Golden State; 18.7 % of my grand total.
ORG-21, LAX-19, SCV-17, SV-16, EB-13, SB-11, SDG-8, SJV
and SF-6 each. NV-5; ID, MT, WY - 4 each.
Texas provided 47, IL-21, WA-21, AZ-20, VA-19, MI-18,
CO-18, NC-18, UT-17, OH-16, PA-16, WI-16, MDC-15,
FL-15, IN-15, NJ-15, MN-15, GA-14, TN-14, OR-12, KS-11.
Only 5 states were single contacts; RI, VT, ND, HI & AK.
