That's true of most stations in a big city. But I remember one morning well
after sunrise comparing notes with a W6 when VS6DO broke in on the QSO and
we had a three-way.
And relative to Earl's comment, I remember an HB9 who worked all around
Europe from Geneva using a 9 ft loaded whip on the balcony rail of his
penthouse apartment, and a 134 ft wire hanging down from the coax shield
connection.
